speaking of dancing...must get to cardio class...whew I have stepped up my workouts to lose weight for the wedding....I am taking a spinning class...good Lord... yesterday just about did me in, but...I made it to the top of the hill, sprints, changing gears, out of the saddle, back in the saddle, I just wanted them to leave me behind and let me just roll down the hill....good grief! my butt is soar, my back, and my ...well, you can only imagine what else is sore from sitting on that seat for almost an hour! I could barely walk up the steps yesterday at school, butt...I mean but! I made it to the top of the hill and then back down again without quitting! It was exhilarating and I was in a great mood to meet my little 3rd grade darlings!
no time for pics today, but more later...it's a busy day, workout, wedding stuff, and meeting with a hostess, talking about the upcoming Bridal Event that I am working! I love it!
